In eerdere functies heb je bewezen een echte senior verkoper te zijn en je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar winkelmanager. - Als potential manager ben je de senior verkoper in de winkel en ben je in staat de winkelmanager te vervangen bij afwezigheid. - Je wilt jezelf graag ontwikkelen en hebt de ambitie om te blijven groeien! - Als potential manager voorzie je klanten van vakkundig advies en service. - Door je inlevingsvermogen en sterke verkooptechnieken ben je in staat de klantbehoefte duidelijk te krijgen en daarbij aan te sluiten door middel van een passend aanbod. - Verkopen is jouw tweede natuur en targets met daaraan gekoppelde bonusregeling geven jou die extra stimulans om net een stapje verder te gaan. - Als potential manager neem je ook de complexere klantvragen in behandeling en heb je kennis van verkoop- en ondersteunende processen. - Jij weet door middel van coaching het maximale resultaat te halen uit andere winkelverkopers. - Je begrijpt de winkeldoelstellingen en bent op de hoogte van de realisatie hiervan. - Als Potential manager ben je het gezicht van de winkel en help je de klant met zowel verkoop als Service.

- indirect leiding geven aan een team van 70 medewerkers; - direct leiding geven aan 5 teamleiders van de afdeling Press Shop. Dit is de perserij waar stalen en aluminium carrosseriedelen worden geproduceerd voor gerenommeerde West-Europese automobielmerken. Op de afdeling Press Shop werken 200 medewerkers; - zorgdragen voor planning en dagelijks OEE Review van de ploeg; - realiseren van een verhoging van de output en efficiency; - signaleren, initiƫren en begeleiden van procesverbetering- en optimalisatieprojecten op basis van Lean Manufacturing principes; - ontwikkelen en afstemmen van kennis en ervaring binnen het team; - bijdragen aan werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers; - werken in 3-ploegendienst samen met 2 collegas Shiftmanagers; - rapporteren aan de Manager Press Shop.

Company Profile: Implementation Manager Implementation Manager wanted for an international organization which deals with sales and development of supply chain management software and -services within the financial sector As an implementation manager are you located in Amsterdam, but you'll travel regularly to customers around the world. Your focus is on product knowledge, configuration and architectural topics of and around the product. In projects you are responsible for the further development of the product and in sales processes for the presentation and demonstration of the product to (potential) clients. Within quotation processes, the consultant analyses the implementation strategy and impact. Within projects the implementation manager is able to write requirements, work with the development team and perform acceptance tests. Job description: Implementation Manager As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for the following: Consultancy: -Determine the business processes and requirements for software -Propose the software configuration and customizations to address the client's business -Determine and define interfaces between the product and 3rd party systems -Understand and be able to present the product roadmap and release calendar Sales assistance: -Present and demonstrate the software to clients including solution concept and architecture -Analyse business process requirements and define product based solutions -Create a customization and implementation budget for a quotation Post-implementation: -Analysis and solution definition of incidents, problems and change requests -Understand the functionality requirements and changes of a client -Identify (potential) issues within the product and define solutions -Closely cooperate with product management for version management and new releases.
