Job purpose: To provide successful logistics Healthcare solutions and project implementations at a district level. - Administration, management and development of solutions group staff. - Pan-European solutions activities. To manage Solutions Analysts in the EMEA Solutions Group enabling successful logistics analysis and successful implementation of logistics solutions for clients. Key elements: - Communicate with clients to gain clear understanding of requirements. - Participate in contract negotiations with customers/ vendors. - Manage relationship with internal customers, BD/Marketing and contract managers. - Manage communication with internal project stakeholders, Operations/IT/F&A etc. - Ensure designed solutions are of the right quality to meet the clients needs. - Ensure that designed solutions fit strategy. - Work with IT Solutions ensuring business requirements can be accommodated by IT. - Review of all on-going projects to ensure deadlines & quality are met. - Manage planning and scheduling of solutions resources against project requests. - Training & development of analysts to maintain and enhance existing skill base. - Conduct regular performance appraisals. - Drive standard approach in EMEA with regard to project implementations. - Manage the implementation phase of larger projects to ensure adherence to plan and remedy any initial problems to achieve steady state operation. - Maintain standardized solutions approach and cost models. - Manage Group to department level budget.

Ervaring bij voorkeur opgedaan in de olie-, gas- of renewable industrie, dan wel industriële vastgoedontwikkeling. Gedegen bedrijfskundig en financieel economisch inzicht. Juridische kennis van internationale handelscontracten en samenwerkingsverbanden. Een proactieve en verbeteringsgezinde grondhouding. Een denker en doener die midden in de operatie kan staan zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Improvisatietalent, flexibiliteit en gedrevenheid, goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal. | Are You Our New Project Manager? Banen The Project Manager will manage new Product innovation projects from idea phase till market introduction. Jobholder is responsible for the technical aspects as well as the commercial aspects of the project. In close cooperation with colleagues from Product Management, new product concepts are defined and specified. The Project Innovation Manager will consequently lead, steer, review and (if necessary) correct all required activities to transform this specification into tangible products within the shortest possible timeframe. He/she will lead a small group of development and specialist engineers (internal or external) that are assigned to the project. All other required disciplines are part of the Project Team that supports every innovation project. The Project Manager Innovation reports to the Group leader PCT RDL. We are looking for a; Business Process Improvement (BPI) Project Manager Job profile: As a BPI Project Manager you will be working with operations teams to improve warehouse processes and systems.
