For further information, please visit: www.lely.com The operations manager is involved with the planning, coordination and control of the manufacturing process of the Dairy product portfoliop; Ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently: producing the correct amount at the right cost and at the right level of quality; Dealing with people is an important part of the job: both direct reports (production supervisors) as well as stakeholders who are involved with planning, controlling, sales, production engineering and purchasing. Als aanjager van nieuwe ideeën/concepten moet innovatie meer het “verschil” gaan maken en ook zorgen dat de projecten op een gestructureerde manier door de organisatie worden getrokken. Deze sleutelfiguur heeft dan ook een hands-on mentaliteit, is operationeel vaardig en neemt het volledige ownership op zich om een project succesvol tot een einde te brengen. De Innovation Manager geeft leiding aan de Technical Product Manager heeft een nauwe samenwerking met de Proces Technologen, Development Engineer, Marketeers (segment/productmanagers) en Purchasing. Belangrijkste taken: - Pre-development: Marktontwikkelingen signaleren, analyseren relevante trends en consumenten- en klantenbehoeftes, kansen creëren en vertalen naar een continue stroom van innovatie projecten en strategieën; - Product development: Initiëren en leveren van product ontwikkelingsprojecten, waarbij het product creatie proces (PCP) aangescherpt dient te worden, zodat introducties volgens plan verlopen; - Concept development: In samenwerking met marketing komen tot range introducties, nauw aansluitend op het markt introductie proces (MIP). Functie-eisen voor de vacature Innovation Manager Het profiel - Minimaal HBO opleiding (Technische georiënteerd), Marketingkennis op NIMA-B niveau, en minstens HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante en succesvolle ervaring met innovatie bij Amerken; - Affiniteit met chemische processen; - Goede kennis en beheersing van de Engelse taal; - Ruime ervaring met project management binnen creatieve/veranderende Processen; - Coachende stijl van leidinggeven.
