For our client we are searching for a Technical Product Manager. Our client is a professional and dynamic company in the rapidly growing international wind energy market. She specializes in the design and development of rotor blades and nacelles for wind turbines. With her specialty in the composites industry, this organisation with its advanced technology and expertise is unique in the world. As Technical Product Manager you guard over the technical status of a part of the companys product range, by relating it to the customer wishes and the product life cycle, by formulating a clear vision on the product range, the product and the production and by initiating and driving projects to improve on this, thus improving the competiveness. Tasks: Manages the relation with key customers; Captures customer requirements; Represents the company towards key customers; Acts as the voice of the customer within the company; Formulates vision and company strategy for the different products in relation to the customer wishes and the product life cycle; Establishes an overall vision on rotor blades, more specific on yields (kwh) related to price, based upon developments in the wind energy and customer requirements; Contributes to strategic planning and decision making that will improve the current rotor blades; Maintains the overview of all the companys projects (project portfolio) related to his part of the product range; Initiates and acts as a sponsor for company projects for improving the competitiveness of the products; Translates customer requirements into product requirements; Reviews project results, comparing them with customer requirements.

Webasto Product International in Kampen heeft een vacature voor de afdeling Research & Development: Research & Development Manager (m/v) (Fulltime) Functieprofiel Research & Development Manager: De R&D Manager is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de werkzaamheden op de afdeling R&D. Hij legt verantwoording af aan de Technical Director. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden Research & Development Manager: Uitvoeren van het personeelsbeleid binnen de afdeling; Aansturen van de engineering afdeling; Initiëren van productconcepten; Beoordelen en vrijgeven van alle technische specificaties; Opstellen van het jaarplan van zijn afdeling; Beheer van de afdelingsprocedures; Beheer van het CAD systeem (Catia); Rapporteren over de voortgang en ontwikkelingen van zijn afdeling; Uitvoeren van taken binnen de projectorganisatie (als project leider); Uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen aan bestaande producten.
