Position Planon is further professionalizing its accounting organization, particularly on consolidation and corporate reporting processes. To manage these activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic chartered accountant (Dutch RA or equivalent) who wants to manage and further develop himself ánd the organization further on these subjects. In due course Planon will make the transition to IFRS. Key responsibilities Perform the quarterly corporate consolidation and reporting, incl. presentations of balance sheet, EBITDA P&L, cash flow reporting, ratios, etc. and support the periodic forecasting on these subjects. Monitor the periodic intercompany reconciliation process which is executed by the Accounting units and ensure all balances reconcile. Coordinate and execute the various Annual Reporting processes, both the consolidated group annual report as well as the local required filings. Coordinate audit processes with the local and central auditors. Support in tax processes and filings. Manage the periodic governmental (statistical) information. Coordinate and optimize the international insurance portfolios. Co-develop a risk management model. When applicable: - Support valuation, due diligence and acquisition processes, work on opening balance sheet subjects after acquisitions like goodwill determination, etc. - Manage the transition to IFRS.

Als Reporting Manager ben je verantwoordelijke voor het inrichten en beheren van de financieel-administratieve systemen. Daarnaast zorg je dat de financiële informatie aanwezig is, zodat je de organisatie kan ondersteunen in het maken van de juiste beslissingen. REPORTING MANAGER Our client is a large dutch listed multinational active in the food industry. For one of their main divisions we are currently looking for a Reporting Manager who will report directly to the Finance Director of the division. The Office is located in the Amersfoort region. THE POSITION The Division consists of nine centrally steered Business Units, which are located across the globe and generate around €3 billion in revenues. The person in this position becomes part of the Divisional finance team. This is a small sized team with high impact on the way the division is steered and controlled from a financial perspective. Together with the international finance community of the Business Units, this team is responsible for providing top management with high quality financial and non-financial information. As the divisional structure has been recently established, it is of utmost importance to approach all challenges with a practical can-do mentality while maintaining a strict focus on quality. The environment can be characterised as demanding, international and constantly changing. In this position you are responsible for all reporting matters within the Division. Primary function/major responsibilities: - Reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly actuals of the Division - Analysis of actuals to determine accruals & other adjustments during closing process - Managing and coordinating output of opco reportings to ensure a proper monthly closing process and timely and accurate reporting of the consolidated numbers - Ensuring, together with the IT department, that the reporting systems support the needs of Divisional Control and Management - Setting up and coordinating the yearly reporting cycle - Contribute to further professionalising the finance function. Signalling areas of improvement and implementing solutions - Leading and participating in financial projects within the Division - Support the preparation of Management presentations IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE You are able to work independently with limited supervision, but in close cooperation with the other Finance team members.
