Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het configuratiebeheer en je biedt ondersteuning bij de naleving van de vast te leggen configuratiegegevens. Je beheert de uitvoering van de testdatabase en testprocedures in de applicatie RATS, middels toepassing van de voor een project vastgestelde methoden en technieken. Je voert data in met betrekking tot de vast te leggen configuratie in het configuratie management systeem, en voert het beheer uit met betrekking tot deze data en projectgegevens. Je levert de benodigde data aan met betrekking tot de uit te voeren testopdrachten voor de beschikbare applicatie RATS, ten behoeve van preventief onderhoud. Je analyseert controle- en testgegevens. Je stelt controle- en testrapportages op die ten aanzien van de uitgevoerde controles gemaakt moeten worden. Je rapporteert op uitvoeringsniveaus met betrekking tot de geconstateerde test- en controleresultaten ter voorkoming van problemen en ter bevordering van het creëren van oplossingen.

| Sap Materials Management Administrator Klerk We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experience Administrator to work in our Delden office on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, the incumbent will insure that material master data for new or changed materials are created in a timely manner and in accord with the standard Material Data Management process. This process results in the creation of manufacturing recipes, quality inspection plans, vendor information records, material safety data sheets, and dangerous goods data for purchased, manufactured, of finished goods. These data items themselves are created by various Champion departments and functions with the relevant expertise for each item. The key end result accountability of this position is the daily execution and maintenance of the Material Data Management process. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform daily maintenance of material management data in SAP. (MM01, MM02, MM03, CG02 etc. Expediting the MDM process for emergency situations by personally contacting process participants and physically walking data forms and information from desk-to-desk as needed; Monthly reporting to the Manager Global Product Systems on the utilization and performance of the MDM process; Off line analysis of Materials Management for custom business analysis as necessary. |

Ensure changes are made in a controlled manner - Perform reconciliations with bank statements and update the g/l accordingly - Liaison with country controllers to ensure accurate reporting of (stock ) provisions and accruals - Ensure intercompany balances are accurately reported and reconciled in a timely manner - Ensure questions and issues raised by the reporting team or the Business Insight team are dealt in an accurate and timely manner. Lees dan verder… De (SAP) applicaties die wij in beheer hebben moeten o.b.v. 7*24 service level agreements kwalitatief goed beheerd worden. Een belangrijke rol is hiervoor weggelegd voor de Oracle DBA. Vanwege het vertrek van één van onze collega’s zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die deze kritische functie kan invullen.
