For our Head office in Scheveningen (The Hague, The Netherlands), we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in a Customer Service environment and who is currently residing in/close to The Hague. You are an English Native speaker and preferably also fluent in another European language (both verbal and written). The responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure that our customers receive an appropriate level of service. He/she needs to interact with customers in order to provide and process information and resolve issues. The Main tasks and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are: - Handle customer enquires such as, order status, product information, etc. - Handle complaints - Manage administration - Problem solving Contribute to process improvement - Maintain product knowledge - Liaise with other departments such as finance, distribution, product etc.
