In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en als MT-lid medeverantwoordelijk voor het gehele organisatiebeleid. De werkzaamheden zijn als volgt: - Verzorgen van de periodieke rapportages, analyses en jaarrekeningen. - Verzorgen meerjarenbegroting, jaarbudget en prognoses. - Optimaliseren van de interne controle. - Verzorgen van fiscaliteiten, verzekerings- en financieel-juridische aspecten. - Deelname aan projectgroepen binnen het functionele vakgebied. - Contact externe partijen (banken, belastingdienst, accountants etc.) - Verbeteren van de automatisering van de afdeling Financiën. - Leidinggeven aan vijf medewerkers.

Manages the Finance function in the Netherlands. Will supervise and advise two Lead Accountants across two sites. Will develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to comply with Corporate policy and statutory requirements. Provide support Senior Finance Manager in responding to requests for information over the two businesses. Responsibilities: Financial Management Communicate deadlines, control month end close and month end checklist; Produce monthly management reports in accordance with EMEAI agreed timetables; Review monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; Analysis of profit and loss accounts as required; Control of cash flow; Produce Statutory Accounts in accordance with Dutch GAAP; Ensure adherence to corporate and local finance policies; Liaise with Shared Service Centre to ensure Working capital objectives are known and met; Support local business management with information and support; Participate in Local budgeting and forecasts; Youre part of the European finance team. Finance / ERP System Oracle / Baan Maintain sales, purchase and nominal ledger codes and structures; Control of access to Oracle Accounts; Understand and oversee standard costing systems; Oversee the maintenance of standard costs and provide guidance; Oversee inventory provisions to comply with statutory and corporate guidelines; Understand process flows within Oracle; Develop and implement KPI measures. Leadership and Performance Management Provide day to day direction to the Finance Team; Agree staff objectives with Finance Team and complete appraisals in accordance with company policy; Identify training requirements and agree appropriate development plans; General Work with relevant departments and colleagues to ensure that systems are efficient and effective; Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.

De Finance Manager behoort tot het managementteam. Je rapporteert en werkt nauw samen met de Directie. Je bent verantwoordelijkheid voor het bewaken van de financiële positie en resultaten van het bedrijf. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verbetering van de performance van Joolz: hierin neem je een voortrekkersrol. Je adviseert de Directie en bent sparringpartner voor de verschillende afdelingen waaronder sales, marketing en supply.   Belangrijkste taken zijn het analyseren van de financiële gegevens, het verzorgen van managementinformatie, waaronder maand-, kwartaal- en KPI- rapportages. Vanuit deze rapportages licht je het resultaat en overzichten toe aan de Directie. Verder draag je bij aan de coördinatie, uitvoering en bewaking van de planning- en control cyclus. Een ander belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het opstellen van business cases voor marketing- en productontwikkelingsprojecten. Tevens stuur je als Finance Manager het Finance team aan en heb je intensief contact met de business. Extern onderhoud je contact met financiële instellingen en externe adviseurs. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor personeelszaken. Dit houdt in dat je, in samenwerking met de HR manager, het personeelsbeleid structureert en implementeert.   Je bent verantwoordelijk voor cash flow- en treasury management. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de totstandkoming van de bedrijfseconomische en financiële normen. Tevens draag je zorg voor de financiële jaarplanning.

On behalf of our client, Robert Half is currently seeking a strong Operational Finance Manager.You will report directly to the MD and Finance Director. Your tasks and responsibilities in this role will include: -Managing a team of 7 people; -Developing and introducing financial strategies (Tax, Payroll etc) including securing sufficient resource/structure; -Developing tenders, strategic analysis and direction for the Netherlands including review of market segments, inflation impacts, and review of suppliers. -Deputise for the Country Manager as appropriate. -Provide strategic direction and strategy in respect of the financial component of three year business plan. -Accountable for the annual report, tax and scheduled audits. -Lead contact for the development and maintenance of working capital management. -Provide strategic and technical support to the Country Manager and Operations Manager. -Maintaining relationships with clients.
