Main tasks & responsibilities: Monthly consolidation and analysis of the group figures; Ownership of corporate guidelines regarding accounting, financial reporting policies and procedures; Ensure that the consolidated figures are in compliance with group policies; Maintain (and develop) the groups financial reporting system; Preparation of monthly reports for group management; Preparation of reports for the supervisory board; Coordination of the year-end processes, including contacts with the external auditors; Preparation of the consolidated annual accounts; Tax consolidation; Participate in group projects (for example acquisitions and projects to improve efficiency and quality).
