| Accounting Analyst General Accounting (frans Sprekend) Banen Ref. 1011564 Binnen een team van 4 Accounting Analysts bent u verantwoordelijk voor de maandafsluiting voor de verschillende Europese entiteiten (Nederland, België, Luxemburg en Frankrijk) conform IFRS-richtlijnen. U verzorgt onder meer de reserveringen, VAT, pensioenen, vaste en vlottende activa en de aansluiting van de payroll op het grootboek. Daarnaast draagt u bij aan de kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting, verzorgt u rapportages op gebied van cash flow en balance sheet en ben u contactpersoon voor de interne en externe accountants en verzorgt u de reconciliatie tussen Benelux entiteiten. Tenslotte wordt u betrokken bij speciale projecten, zoals IT-implementaties, boekhoudkundige veranderingen in het beleid en de integratie van nieuwe bedrijven. |
| Contract Accounting Financial Analyst Banen This position is responsible for the preparation of participation statements to outside participants of filmed products as required by the provisions or terms of the agreements/contracts with these outside parties. This position will deal with reporting of statements of titles that have been transitioned from local territories to a centralized function located at the EBSC in Amsterdam. Future duties will include assisting in the conversion from a manual driven preparation process to an automated one. Prepare financial statements to outside participants in adherence to their respective contractual agreements Monitor the frequency and due dates of participation statements in order to properly prepare, complete, and submit statements for approval Review notes from management to ensure contractual compliance and resolve problems, if applicable Review the propriety and reasonableness of financial activity shown in the participation system as well as other reports and investigate unusual activity, if any Coordinate with management as to the proper disposition of unusual financial activity identified and analyze and handle corrections or adjustments, if necessary Ensure that financial activity used in the statement is reported properly and that the share payable is calculated accurately in compliance with the reporting terms as summarized in the Contract Brief and/or as provided for in the respective agreements Review statement packages in order to verify the accuracy of addresses and other relevant information used in the transmittal letters, envelopes, and payment requisitions before submission for approval Assist in the timely preparation and submission of monthly cash forecasts/quarterly estimates for planning, if needed Performs various other projects such as research, special reports and statistical analysis as needed Assist in the conversion from a manual driven preparation process to an automated one. |
| Landal Greenparks Heeft Een FinanceandControl (accounting) Stage Banen Per februari 2012 biedt Landal GreenParks in Leidschendam een stage Finance & Control aan. Als stagiair Finance & Control zul je o.a. het Accounting team ondersteunen, waarbij de begeleiding zal geschieden door de Manager Accounting. Als stageopdracht breng je de administratieve organisatie binnen de afdeling Accounting in beeld en leg je deze goed vast of pas je deze waar nodig aan. Dit alles om de processen meer inzichtelijk te maken en de continuïteit van de afdeling beter te waarborgen. Onderzoek tevens of het nieuwe werken een manier is om hier anders mee om te gaan en doe aanbevelingen ter verbetering van het proces. | Accounting Specialist Banen Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit het beoordelen en oplossen van de verschillen tussen de custody- en de accounting systemen, waarbij je de hulp nodig hebt van diverse andere afdelingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de backoffices die gevestigd zijn in de Verenigde Staten van Amerika. Het controleren van transacties, de gebruikte waarderingen (prijzen) en het beoordelen van openstaande posten behoort tot je andere hoofdtaken.
