Functie werkzaamheden In de positie van Business Analyst verzorg je de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting voor de divisie Global Human Health Holland. Tot je taken behoren het verzorgen en verspreiden van de maand- en jaarrapportages. Je controleert en signaleert afwijkingen met betrekking tot de uitgaven en projecten. Tevens zul je de Human Health organisatie begeleiden bij de diverse compliance regels en monitoren hiervan. Verder controleer je de Human Health capital en gerelateerde afschrijvingen. Naast veelvuldig overleg met de financiële afdeling van het regiokantoor werk je nauw samen met de Business Controller, Sales- en Marketing afdeling. Je rapporteert direct aan de Controller die tevens op de locatie is gevestigd. Andere werkzaamheden die behoren tot je takenpakket zijn het voorbereiden van externe- en interne audits (SOX) voor de processen. Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij diverse verbeteringsprojecten. Tot slot beantwoord je ad-hoc vragen en voer je diverse analyses uit voor het management.

The IT Business Analyst Finance is responsible for the ongoing business and IT support for the Order to Cash process, specifically on the Accounts Payables and Receivables processes. The ideal candidate will have considerable hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO as a user, but will also have several years experience in configuration of FI/CO. Previous experience with a Credit Management solution is mandatory. Knowledge of a Travel & Expenses solution is a pre. Works with cross-functional leadership to identify, define and execute process improvements within the company. Key Responsibilities and activities: Lead by example by analyzing, designing, building, and improving to the highest quality business process standards and practices in the Order to Cash processes. Document SAP designs, processes, and practices so that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for gathering business requirements, participating in system design, configuring and testing existing system and providing post implementation support for FI/CO modules. Also experience with financial systems like Oracle and HFM. * Experience in analyzing, developing and evaluating business cases. * Strong communication, analytical and management skills. * Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch advantageous.
