Besides Door-to-Door services Samskip Multimodal Container Logistics also offers Quay-to-Quay services. This service offers customers the possibility to use Samskip's extensive shipping and rail network with their own equipment. Tank operators, bulk operators and deepsea lines benefit from the fixed and regular sailings across Europe. Your role is to ensure consistent and high quality services to customers booking cargo on our Norway and Cross Trade multimodal services. Your role also includes a variety of other responsibilities and tasks such as pricing, process improvement and implementation of changes, general administration and a variety of individual ad hoc projects. You will work closely with the manager of the Norway and Cross Trade multimodal services and assist in the overall development, business growth and profitability of this service. In this role you will have frequent contact with our Norwegian organisation and assist in operational and process improvement areas as needed. You will manage and continuously develop a direct team of six people, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance management and the building of an effective team dynamic within the Netherlands and the larger organisation. You will ensure that your team delivers the highest standards of service to customers internally and externally. You will support company policies, values and strategy, show leadership and act as a role model. You will be part of an organisation with dedicated offices in several European countries and you will be part of a team that shares a drive to excel at their work and generate results that matter to Samskip; results that contribute to a profitable and sustainable growth of the company. De Supervisor is verantwoordelijk voor het behaalde resultaat van het team en dus verantwoordelijk voor de behaalde resultaten van de individuele agent in het team. Tevens train je nieuwe mensen op de diverse in- en outbound projecten. Als Supervisor word je aangestuurd en begeleid door de Manager Operations.
