    The Position: The Senior Transaction Manager primarily acts as a conduit between clients, advisors and other relevant parties. With the assistance from juniors the Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for keeping a portfolio of 40 to 60 client companies in good legal standing by advising and guiding those clients in their business structuring. This also means that you will be acting as the first point of contact concerning legal matters for clients, shareholders and all other relevant parties and advisors as well as maintaining contacts with companys foreign divisions.   Additionally you are responsible for initiating new client contacts, including pitches, presentations, fee proposals, negotiations and alike. You keep up with market developments and proactively advise management.   You review the securitization transaction documentation and negotiate with clients and law firms on the final content and wording. The Senior Transaction Manager guides acquisitions and reorganizations of client companies/structures and is responsible for the internal and external legal- and compliance management, and coordination of client companies.   The Senior Transaction Manager supports the Financial Account Manager with advice on legal issues and queries. Additionally you are responsible for the transfer of knowledge to junior members of the team.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the proper and timely execution of contracts for medium to large Industrial Automation projects. The Senior Project Manager manages under general direction one or more multidisciplinary project teams in international Industrial Automation projects with an inspiring management style. The Senior Project Manager represents our customer in all dealings with the client. He or she is in frequent contact with clients, suppliers, contractors in the Netherlands and abroad, as well as with our customer subsidiaries. He or she also pays frequent visits to clients. The Senior Project managers activities are related to the Quality Health Safety and Environment, Scope Time and Budget of major capital projects. He or she manages, administers and oversees work performed by the Project Team and sub-contractors and performs related duties as assigned. The Senior Project Manager is supported in his tasks by the Project Management Office with respect to document control, scheduling and accounting. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Head of Project Management. Job Overall responsibility for medium to large (>10M) Industrial Automation projects; Prepare accurate and detailed reports on the projects results with respect to QHSE, Schedule and Costs; Monitors, acts and reports on threats and opportunities to Project Constrains Represent the projects to the end-client; Plan, organize, assign ,analyze and optimize the work of an assigned project team and its tasks; Manage and oversee the design, implementation, testing and site activities of medium to large projects; Instruct, coordinate and motivate the staff as well as outside consultants; Prepare, administer and monitor project budgets and schedules and control change order processes; Represent our customer effectively in negotiations and interactions with a variety of consultants, contractors, agencies and other stakeholders; Interpret, explain and apply complex rules, regulations, laws and ordinances; Provide technical assistance on assigned projects; Develop sound project execution strategy within established guidelines; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, representatives of other agencies and others encountered in the course of work; Advice the Project Managers in the execution of their tasks; Actively participate with Senior Management in various improvement projects inside and outside the domain of Project Management.

(36 uur per week) Over het Facilitair Bedrijf Het Facilitair Bedrijf, waarvan Procurement onderdeel uitmaakt, verzorgt op professionele wijze de dienstverlening ten behoeve van de interne organisatie. Procurement werkt bandbreed en bestaat uit de Manager Corporate Procurement en twee Senior Strategisch Inkopers. Binnen de inkoopfunctie zijn vier multi-disciplinaire inkoopteams geformeerd. Het betreft de inkoopteams: IT-infrastructure, Human Capital, Properties & Facilities en Marketing & Communication. Deze inkoopteams zijn bankbreed verantwoordelijk voor zowel het tactische en strategische inkoopproces als voor leveranciersmanagement en leveranciersdevelopment. De functie Als Senior Strategisch Inkoper lever je een bijdrage aan het inkoopbeleidsplan van Friesland Bank. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, formuleren en implementeren van het inkoopbeleid voor het aandachtgebied Bancaire Business en Human Capital. Ook ben je namens Procurement verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de geformuleerde doelstellingen voor de betreffende commodity teams. Dit betreft onder andere kostenbesparingen, verhogen van de governance en compliance, het verminderen van de interne complexiteit en waardecreatie binnen de commodities.

Als Senior Projectleider bij onze vestiging in Rotterdam ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor grote projecten in de (Petro)chemische Industrie. Je bent manager van een team dat werkzaamheden verricht op zowel elektrotechnisch als meet- en regeltechnisch gebied aan installaties in het marktsegment Industrie. Je stuurt op een goed resultaat in financieel en kwalitatief opzicht voor een tevreden opdrachtgever. * Je organiseert en coördineert alle activiteiten die noodzakelijk zijn voor een efficiënte uitvoering van grote, complexe of risicovolle projectopdrachten. * Je overziet alle fasen van ontwerp, engineering, uitvoering, service/onderhoud tot instandhouding. * Tijdens de ontwerpfase maar zeker voor, tijdens en na de uitvoering heb je extern regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers inzake alle aspecten van het project. * Je woont hiertoe bouw-, werk- en coördinerende vergaderingen bij om zaken af te stemmen, de voortgang te bespreken en eventueel planningen bij te sturen.' * Je hebt tevens contact met leveranciers en/of onderaannemers. * Intern geef je leiding aan projectteams, stel je planningen op in tijd en capaciteit en stemt deze af met de afdelingen engineering, werkvoorbereiding en de uitvoering. * Je bent hierbij zeer alert op wijzigingen en onderhoudscontracten en indien nodig bepaal je de prijzen van meer- en minderwerk. * Je budgetteert en verzorgt periodiek per project financiële rapportages. * Je speelt een belangrijke rol naar de medewerkers als het aankomt op onder andere stimulering en motivering. * Je rapporteert aan de vestigingsleider en evalueert met het projectmanagement.
