HR Manager/ Advisor Organisation For one of our International clients in the Amsterdam Area we are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager/Advisor Europe. The company is a worldwide leading manufacturer of professional and Household machinery. Responsibilities In this role you are responsible for: · Executing and development of the personnel Administration and checking of the payroll administration for Europe · Advising management and branch managers on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency in Europe · Execute work and residency permits and 30% ruling issues · Act as liaison between the company and the pension advisor, tax authorities, other regulatory authorities and accountant · Develop, implement and maintain the salary conditions for Europe · Manage annual performance evaluation/salary review and promotions · Reporting and Budgetting for Full remuneration of European entities · Health and safety, guidance for matters in Europe · Manage and maintain staff handbook · Manage the recruitment process for Europe Profile · Bachelors degree in HR or related study · At least 3 years of relevant experience in an International environment · Strong communication skills in English and preferably Dutch · Strong organizing skills · Strong administrative skills in MS-Office; Excel, Word en Access. · Able to work independently Conditions We offer a competitive primary and secondary package Meer weten? | Tax Advisor / Tax Manager Catergorie: Advies Consultancy Het gaat hier om een zeer brede functie die zowel sterke Vennootschapsbelasting-aspecten heeft als financieel-economische aspecten. Je werkzaamheden zullen hierin sterk gericht zijn op de ondernemingen die men in de boeken heeft. Dit zijn zowel Nederlandse als buitenlandse organisaties. Zo zul je de zeer complexe aangiften Vpb opstellen inclusief consolideren, vaststellen verschillen etc. Je zult de aangiften vennootschapsbelasting welke door de aangiftemedewerker zijn opgesteld reviewen. Deze medewerker valt dan ook direct onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je verzorgt verder ook de afhandeling van de vragenbrieven en bewaren en beroepen tegen de aanslagen. Verder zul je ook boekenonderzoeken begeleiden. Een meer financieel geënt deel van de werkzaamheden zal zijn het vaststellen van de fiscale positie ten behoeve van de commerciële jaarrekening evenals de coördinatie van de compliance voor de cliënten. Je brengt fiscale adviezen uit op met name corporate gebied. Hierbij valt onder andere te denken aan fiscale eenheden, deelnemingsvrijstelling, renteaftrek, fiscale winstbepaling, corporate structuring en herstructurering etc.. Deze kandidaten zijn bijvoorbeeld werkzaam (geweest) bij de regulatorafdeling van een corporate in de telecom- of energiebranche, dan wel een· regelgevende of toezichthoudende instanties zoals de OPTA, NMa, de Energiekamer of Ministeries; dan wel adviesorganisaties. Dit kunnen zowel vergelijkbare organisaties als Ernst & Young Advisory betreffen, evenals boutiques die zich op dit gebied gespecialiseerd hebben. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn bijvoorbeeld projecten op het gebied van regulatory costing. (3) Power & Utility Profiel Als consultant ondersteunt je klanten bij hun strategische heroriëntatie en operationele verbeteringen. Je bundelt je vakkennis met de kennis van de energie en utilities sector. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn: Energiebedrijven helpen met het opstellen van strategieën in een dynamische markt vol met veranderingen, scenariodenken en planvorming (mensen, organisatie, proces) ten aanzien van het nieuwe marktmodel. Regionale netwerkbedrijven helpen met het opstellen van een toekomststrategie. De netwerkbedrijven ondersteunen bij reguleringsvraagstukken en deze helpen te implementeren.
