Met circa 650 medewerkers zijn we de grootste en dé bepalende rechtshulpverlener in Nederland met locaties in Tilburg, Leiden, Apeldoorn en Leeuwarden. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Tilburg. Het Front Office (FO) handelt op jaarbasis ruim 2 miljoen klantcontacten af. Hier vindt het eerste contact met de klant plaats; we registreren de melding en beoordelen de polisdekking. De klant krijgt hier een op maat gesneden inhoudelijk advies of de vervolgstappen te horen voordat het dossier wordt overgedragen aan onze behandelaars in de Back Office. Het FO biedt daarnaast een klantgerichte telefonische achtervang voor de Back Office behandelaars en zorgt voor een adequate afhandeling van de inkomende digitale en fysieke correspondentie. Ook is het FO verantwoordelijk voor het toekennen van de juiste in- of externe behandelaar aan het klantdossier. Dit gebeurt via een geavanceerd verdeelsysteem.
